Pelham Industrial Park  

Caswell County's new Pelham Industrial Park is one of the most attractive sites for industrial development in the area. The 171 acre Industrial Park is ideally situated near two (2) four lane highways. U.S.29/I-785 is a major interstate grade highway for north/southbound traffic while U.S. 58 is a 4-lane highway, west/eastbound to Virginia Beach or connector to Richmond, Virginia via four lane highway U.S. 360.
