What We Do
At Caswell County EMS, we provide professional, reliable, and compassioned emergency medical services to the residents and visitors of Caswell County, North Carolina. Our skilled team of EMTs and Paramedics are available 27/7/365 to respond to medical emergencies, traffic accidents, and other needs throughout the county. We deliver prompt pre-hospital care and medical transport, using advanced equipment, proven protocols, and a deep commitment to patient well-beling.

​We work in close partnership with local fire departments, law enforcement, and our surrounding counties' hospitals to ensure coordinated, efficient emergency response. Whether it's a 911 call or a community event, our mission remains the same.

CCEMS transports patients to the closest appropriate facility that directly surrounds Caswell County (Sovah Health Danville, Annie Penn, Alamance Regional, Person Memorial, and UNC Hillsborough). We also transport to additional facilities should patient's condition dictate.

Does Caswell County EMS provide interfacility transports?
Our primary responsibility at Caswell County EMS is to provide emergency response services for 911 calls. We prioritize this function to ensure rapid and effective assistance in critical situations. We do accept interfacility transports only under certain conditions:

Availability of Units: We will consider interfacility transports if we have sufficient units available to respond to 911 emergencies.

Patient Eligibility: The patient must be a residence of Caswell County.​
