Applicants must fill out a County Employment Application for any job not located in the Health Department or Social Services. You may download an MSWord application by clicking here. Applicants seeking employment with the Health Department or Social Services must use the State of North Carolina Application (FORM PD-107). There are two formats currently available (.doc and .pdf), and you will need to download the main page and continuation page if needed. The PD-107 Form can be downloaded by clicking here.
